BRASH
Bradford Refugee Asylum Services Hub
BRASH aims to provide a thorough, systematic and seamless journey for asylum seekers and refugees navigating services in Bradford.
How this works
1. Fill in form
Use the Referral Form to capture needs of the client and services you are referring to.
2. Submit form
Submit the form and get a confirmation email to you, the org you are referring to and the client.
3. Follow up
Send a follow up email to the org you are referring to and a message to your client.
What's in the Referral Form
1. Client Needs
For capturing needs about the client.
2. Client Journey
For capturing information about what other organisations and support the client has received in the past and right now.
3. Advisor Support Decision
For deciding what type of support to offer. Either referring, signposting, or both.
4. Client Personal Details
For capturing personal information about the client (referrals only).
5. Immigration & Status Details
For capturing immigration details about a client. Note: This part of the form only displays if the client needs immigration or legal advice, financial support, or housing support.
6. Advisor Details
For capturing your details as the advisor. These details get sent to the organisation you are referring the client to.
7. Referral Details
For capturing who you are referring the client to. Note: This section only displays if you are referring the client to an organisation.
8. Submission & Next Steps
For (1) sharing useful links and resources with the client and (2) for confirming submission of the referral and to help you tell the client what the next steps are.
